ICL7667EBA+ Overview


For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 4.5V~17V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as 0°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.There are various related parts under its base part number ICL7667.The device is specifically designed to operate at 15V volts.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There are 8 component pins on the board.
