ICL3223CAZ Overview
LED drivers with the enhanced SSOP package will be able to drive a variety of common LEDs with ease.In this package, the receiver is mounted in the Bulk format.Driver ICs with a supply voltage range of 3.3V can operate efficiently.Integrated into this wide receiver are 20 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.It is a 20-pin driver IC with enhanced power dissipation controls.Optical transceiver package size is greatly reduced due to downsizing of the ICs and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies.There is a voltage supply of 5V required in order for this transceiver module to be operated.The box contains 2 receivers.On the integrator circuit are embedded 1 drivers.A transceiver module's temperature less than 70°C must be used for operation.This optical transceiver must not be operated at a temperature below 0°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.It is specified that the transceiver's maximum supply voltage for this IC shall be 5.5V.This line driver ic requires a minimum voltage supply of 3V in order to operate properly.
