8-Pin DC DC Voltage Regulator 1 Outputs
ICE3B0365 Overview
A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. -40 to 150 °C should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage can be produced at 650 V volts by voltage regulator. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 8 pins. Known as a switching DC-DC regulator, this voltage regulator belongs to the * family. 150 °C allows switching regulator's stable operation at a high limit of maximum operating temperature. Reliability is ensured by operating at -40 °C, the DC DC switching regulator's minimum operating temperature. The maximum supply voltage for the voltage regulator 12v is 21 V, so DC DC switching regulator can operate with a maximum voltage of 21 V. 8 pins are included in this voltage regulator dc to dc. When DC DC switching regulator's switching frequency is increased to 71 kHz, reliability can be improved. There is normally a 300 mA output current of DC DC switching regulator.
