HR2000GS Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10V~12V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.The mount method is Surface Mount.A high-side voltage can be set up to 600V (Bootstrap).
