It uses the Strip package in order to optimize the performance of this RF Switch.During the development of this RF Switch, 8 terminations were made.RF Switchs should be operated at -40°C~85°C temperature while operating.There is a high power RF switch in this family that belongs to the HMC574 family.To operate the high power RF switch, 8 pins are required.Adding the CMOS COMPATIBLE feature improves this RF switch ic's efficiency and stability.It operates on a 40μA supply current of RF switch ic.Cellular, WLAN RF switch ic type.There is 3V~8V voltage limit on the RF Switch.
