HIP6602BCB Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.4 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10.8V~13.2V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range 0°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 14 terminations.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.The board contains 14 pins for component connections.A high-side voltage can be set up to 15V (Bootstrap).
