HIP6601BCBZA Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its SOIC package.A packaging method of Bulk is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10.8 V ~ 13.2 V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range 0°C ~ 125°C (TJ) is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number HIP6601B.The mount method is Surface Mount.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 730mA.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.A high-side voltage can be set up to 15V (Bootstrap).There is a maximum value of 85°C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures must not exceed 0°C.For operation, the supply voltage of 13.2V is the maximum value.10.8V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.In this case, the current output is 730mA.Gate drivers of this type are included in the -- series.
