RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 310MHz.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 484-BGA package.The package of this RF modulator is Bulk.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.RF module has 484 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.484-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.It must be below 90°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
