FPF2280BUCX-F130 Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) is how it's packaged.The 12-UFBGA, WLCSP package includes it.This lighting drivere has a mounting type of Surface Mount.There is a General Purpose switch type associated with it.It is recommended that the temperature be set to -40°C~105°C TA for reliable operation.In this LED driver, there are no outputs available.A supply voltage of Not Required is required for it to operate.There is a maximum output voltage of N-Channel volts.In terms of features, the LED driving board has Power Good.The termination count is 12.The 12 pins are used to operate the LED driver.This lighting driver is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.In order to achieve the best efficiency, the supply voltage should be set to 5.5V.This LED driver can handle voltages up to 20V volts.As far as input voltage goes, it has a minimum of 2.5V volts.
