FPF2147 Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) is the way it's packaged.Package 6-VDFN Exposed Pad contains it.The lighting driver has the mounting type Surface Mount.It owns the General Purpose switch type.Keeping the temperature at -40°C~85°C TA ensures reliable operation.The LED driver has 1 outputs.Operation is based on Not Required supply voltage.Voltage output is P-Channel volts at maximum.Features of the lighting driver are Power Good, Status Flag.The FPF2147 family contains this object.It has a total of 6 terminations.For operation, we use the 6 pins.It has 1 functions.Maximum output current falls to 400mA when operation criteria are met.Supply voltages of 3.3V allow for high efficiency.It is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.120mOhm is the resistance of the lighting driver.When this case is used, the output current is set to 400mA.Voltage input is limited to 5.5V volts.Input voltage must be at least 1.8V volts.
