FPF2140 Overview
As a result, it is packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR).This package is included in 6-VDFN Exposed Pad.Mounting type Surface Mount is selected for the LED driving board.A General Purpose switch type is owned by it.In order to guarantee reliable performance, the temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA.The LED driver is equipped with 1 outputs.In order to operate, it requires a voltage supply of Not Required.A maximum output voltage of P-Channel volts can be achieved by this LED driver.It is equipped with Auto Restart, Power Good, Status Flag features.It comes under the family of FPF2140.The operation is performed through the 6 pins.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.Currently, the LED driving board has 120mOhm resistance.As a result, the output current is set to 200mA.It is recommended to set the supply voltage to 5.5V for optimum efficiency.Input voltage is limited to 5.5V volts.A voltage of 1.8V volts is the minimum input voltage.
