FDM3622 Description
FDM3622 is an N-channel Power MOSFET transistor from the manufacturer ON Semiconductor with a voltage of 100V. This N-Channel MOSFET is produced using an advanced PowerTrench? process that has been especially tailored to minimize the on-state resistance and yet maintain low gate charge for superior switching performance.
