FDG901D Overview
Due to the enhanced 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 package, this driver IC is excellent for driving common LEDs.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used for this receiver.Several solutions have used this Driver can transceiver in a variety of applications due to its Driver IC nature.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this wide receiver.A power supply of 2.7V~6V is used by this differential driver.Up to 1/0 receivers/drivers can be installed simultaneously on this electronic part.For applications where the operating temperature is -40°C~150°C, this ic receiver was designed primarily.This part number FDG901 can be used to search for more variants based on the product type, temperature, package, etc.An enhanced power dissipation driver IC with 5 pins.A dramatic reduction in package size is achieved through optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies.
