FAN7842M Overview
For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 10V~20V demonstrates its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.There are various related parts under its base part number FAN7842.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 15V volts.650mA is the maximum output current.There can be a voltage up to 200V on the high-side (Bootstrap).An output current of 650mA is supported.625mW dissipates maximum power without overheating, showing its maximum capability to transfer and conduct power loss.With its power supplies of 15V, it solves the power supply problems for diverse applications.
