In order to increase flexibility, the package Module is used.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is to be mounted.As a result, it is configured with 8 pins when it is designed.In the maximum case, the output current can be 3A volts.The device is capable of delivering a current of 3A.125°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.Temperatures below -40°C are allowable as a minimum.Its maximum power dissipation of 460mW also demonstrates its maximum ability to transfer power without overheating.For higher stability, the supply current should be kept at 1.2mA.For operation, it requires a voltage of 18V.This device operates at 4.5V as the minimum supply voltage.
