FAN3229CMPX Overview
For greater flexibility, its 8-WDFN Exposed Pad package is used.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 4.5V~18V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number FAN3229.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip FULL BRIDGE BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 3A.3A is the maximum output current supported by the device.As a precaution, make sure the supply current is kept at 1.05mA.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 12V.
