FAN3121CMPX Overview
There is greater flexibility with the 8-WDFN Exposed Pad package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).A total of 1 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.By using 4.5V~18V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -55°C~150°C TJ.A type of Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver is based on 8 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number FAN3121.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.Devices have 8 pins available.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 12V V.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER is being employed.An output current as high as 11.4A can be achieved at maximum power.This device is capable of delivering 9.7A current.Based on its maximum power dissipation of 396mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power loss without overheating.Keeping the supply current at 850μA ensures greater stability.As a rule of thumb, the operating supply voltage should be set to 12V.
