EPF6016TC144-2 Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 144-LQFP package and X package. The LOADABLE PLD-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. Having 117 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. Logic blocks consist of 1320 logic elements/cells. The supply voltage is 5V volts. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. The supply voltage of the device is 4.75V~5.25V , at which it runs. The FLEX 6000 series FPGA is a type of FPGA that belongs to the FLEX 6000 family of FPGAs. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within 0°C~85°C TJ range. This device is equipped with 117 separate outputs, which makes it a very versatile device. There is an FPGA model contained in Tray in order to conserve space. In total, it has 144 terminations on each end. In order to find related parts, use the part number EPF6016 as a base. A total of 132 LABs/CLBs make up this FPGA array. The device runs on a 3.3/55V battery and requires no additional power supply to operate. The building block that forms the basis of the system contains 16000 gates. It usually uses a crystal oscillating at a frequency of 153MHz in order to do its work. It is possible to detect the status of an input signal by using 4 dedicated inputs provided on the output board.
