EPF10K50VBC356-3 Overview
There is a 356-LBGA package that includes this component. LOADABLE PLD is the component of this type of FPGA. 274 I/Os are available for transferring data more efficiently. While operating, the operating temperature should be kept within a range of 0°C~70°C TA. The device has 274 outputs that are integrated into it. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tray. Total terminations are 356. There are 20480 RAM bits that are available with this device.
