EP9312-CBZ Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 352-BBGA. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tray. In the CPU, there are 1 Core 32-Bit cores and 1 Core 32-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around 0°C~70°C TA. EP9 is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a ARM920T processor. It has SDRAM RAM controllers. A AC'97, I2S, IDE, IrDA, SPI, UART interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. As far as I/O is concerned, this CPU runs at 1.8V 3.3V. There is MICROPROCESSOR, RISC MICROPROCESSOR, RISC in the uPs, uCs, or peripheral ICs categories. To find variants of the microprocessor, try searching with EP9312. A total of 352 terminations have been recorded. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 1.8V voltage supply. There are 32 bits in its architecture. 200MHz is the frequency of the CPU. 352 pin functions are described in the datasheets. Data transfer has 16b bandwidths. Injecting pins into the embedded microprocessor body results in 352 pins. There is only 1 core in this processor. Micro processors can be used from 1.8V. It is designed to have RAM (Random-Access Memory) of 16MB. CPU programs transfer data via 65 I/Os. Its memory size is 16kB.
