EP4CE22E22C8LN Overview
There is a 144-LQFP Exposed Pad package that includes this component. While operating, the operating temperature should be kept within a range of 0°C~85°C TJ. The device has 79 outputs that are integrated into it. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tray. Total terminations are 144. There are 608256 RAM bits that are available with this device.
