EP1SGX25FF1020C5 Overview
A 1020-BBGA package is provided with this component. FPGAs of this type consist of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY components. This device features 607 I/Os in order to transfer data in a more efficient manner. A fundamental building block is made up of 25660 logic elements/cells.
