EL7243CM Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5 V ~ 16 V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C ~ 125°C (TJ) is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting, Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number EL7243.Specification is for 15V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called CCD DRIVER that is employed in this device.The board contains 20 pins for component connections.Due to its power supplies of 15V, it solves the power supply problem for a wide range of applications.Gate drivers of this type are included in the -- series.There is a maximum value of 85°C for the operating temperature.There should be an increase in temperature over the minimum value of -40°C.The basis for the development of this project is based on 20 terminals.
