EL7222CSZ Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~15V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting, Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number EL7222.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.
