EL7154CNZ Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its PDIP package.This device is equipped with 1 drivers for its configuration.It's configured with 8 terminations.The device is mounted with Through Hole.There are 8 pins available in the device.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 4A that can be achieved.In terms of its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.A maximum operating temperature of 85°C is permissible.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.To increase stability, keep the supply current at 2.5mA.When the supply voltage is 16V, it is at its maximum operation.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 4.5V must be applied.Mosfet gate drivers outputs a current of 4A at the moment.There is an output voltage of 15.5V for this device.
