EE80C51FA24SF88 Overview
There is a 44-LCC (J-Lead) package available. The board has 32 I/Os. Using the Mounting Type Surface Mount, the MCU is mounted on PCB. A 8-Bit core is used in order to power the IC chip. The type of memory it uses for its program is ROMless. -40°C~85°C TA is the temperature range at which this Microcontroller operates. 80C-series components are electrical components. Powered by a MCS 51 Core processor. Performing well when operated at frequency 24MHz can be achieved. On the chip, there are 44 pins that can be accessed. It comes with 3 timers/counters that can be set up. ROMless memory is one of the features of this equipment. The CPU is based on 80C51 cores.
