For greater flexibility, the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Through Hole.A supply voltage of 10V~16.6V demonstrates its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type is RC Input Circuit.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.There are various related parts under its base part number L6569.The device is mounted using Through Hole.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 12V volts.275mA is the maximum output current.There are 8 component pins on the board.There can be a voltage up to 600V on the high-side (Bootstrap).An output current of 175mA is supported.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended to keep the supply current at 25mA to ensure greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.Mosfet gate drivers outputs 618V as voltage.When 200kHz is used frequently, efficiency can be improved.
