DSEC60-06A Overview
When the forward voltage is set to 1.6V, this device will operate.Array is capable of supporting a maximum output voltage of 30 A.Monarrayoring the surge current and preventing array from exceeding 250A should be the rule.Devices like this one are powered with a reverse voltage peak of 250μA.When the forward current instantaneously switches directions due to residual stored charge, its maximal reverse recovery time is 0.035 µs.
