DS4250D+ Overview
In the packaging, the clock timer is enclosed with the 10-LCCC Exposed Pad code on the back. 250MHz is set as the frequency of the programmable timer.It is used to pack in Tray case. Amounts of Surface Mount are recommended.The programmable timer can supply a voltage of 3.135V~3.465V.The type of chips can be divided into Clock Oscillator. The operating temperature of this timer clock is -40°C~85°C. To mount this digital timer with Surface Mount. The operating supply voltage is rated at 52mA voltage. The DS4-XO relates to the digital timer's series. It is based on DS4250. The timer clock contains 10 pins. The digital timer's operating supply voltage is rated 3.3V voltage. The supply voltage of the programmable timer can rate 3.3V. You can read the timer clock's additional feature in the follwing: TRI-STATE; ENABLE/DISABLE FUNCTION. On operating frequency, it's available in the range of 250MHz. The number of the chip's terminations sums up to 10.
