DS3154A2 Overview
To save board space, the 144-BGA, CSPBGA package is used.Packing is done according to the Tray method.A Surface Mount mounting type is used.The telecom IC is composed of 4 circuits.A higher supply voltage for 3.135V~3.465V will improve efficiency.The operating temperature set at -40°C~85°C can offer reliable performance.Telecom switching configuration has 144 terminations.It operates with a voltage of 3.3V.In addition to telecom switching's base part number DS3154, it can be used to find other related parts.As a telecom IC, PCM TRANSCEIVER is used.A current of 300mA is used as the supply current.In order to provide designers with a great deal of flexibility, this telecom circuit operates on the supply voltage of 3.3V.In order to maintain normal operation, the supply current should be maintained at 400mA.
