Board space can be saved by using the 144-BGA, CSPBGA package.For telecommunications equipment packing, the Tray method is used.Telecommunications equipment is mounted using Surface Mount.3 circuits are used in this telecom IC .When 3.135V~3.465V is supplied wtelecom IC's efficiencyh power, efficiency can be improved.Using -40°C~85°C as the operating temperature can result in reliable performance.Mounted in Surface Mount-direction.In telecom switching configuration, there are 144 terminations.The voltage it operates at is 3.3V.144 pins are present on this telecom interface.By using the DS3153 part number, more related parts can be found.Telecom ICs of type PCM TRANSCEIVER are used in it.The supply current is 225mA.The supply voltage is 3.3V, which provides designers with a lot of flexibility.It is recommended to keep the supply current at 300mA for normal operation.
