DS3152+ Overview


A 144-BGA, CSPBGA package is used to reduce board space requirements.A Tray-packing method is used to pack telecommunications equipment.A Surface Mount-mount is used for mounting the telecom circuit.Telecom circuit is made up of 2 circuits.Providing 3.135V~3.465V wtelecom IC's efficiencyh the correct supply voltage will improve efficiency.A 0°C~70°C-temperature setting offers reliable performance.The mounting is in the way of Surface Mount.Configuration of this telecom circuit has 144 terminations.There is a voltage supply called 3.3V that it uses.The telecom interface has 144 pins.The DS3152 base part number can be used to find more related parts.The type of telecom IC it uses is PCM TRANSCEIVER.An electric current of 150mA is supplied to telecom equipment .With the voltage of 3.3V as its supply voltage, designers have a great deal of flexibility.Normal operation requires a constant supply current of 200mA.
