Board space can be saved by using the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.For telecommunications equipment packing, the Tube method is used.Telecommunications equipment is mounted using Surface Mount.1 circuits are used in this telecom IC .When 4.75V~5.25V is supplied wtelecom IC's efficiencyh power, efficiency can be improved.Using 0°C~70°C as the operating temperature can result in reliable performance.In telecom switching configuration, there are 20 terminations.The voltage it operates at is 5V.Telecom ICs of type PCM TRANSCEIVER are used in it.The supply current is 18mA.
