DS1321S+ Overview
Materials from Tube are used in its packaging. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is provided to conserve board space. Nonvolatile RAM type with high quality and reliability. -40°C~85°C is the recommended operating temperature. The voltage 4.75V~5.5V must be provided for the device to function normally. The mounting technique used is Surface Mount. Based on the base part number DS1321, more related electronic components can be found. To prevent signals from reflecting off the end of a transmission line, 16 terminations are used. A voltage of 5V is used as the supply voltage for the device. The device has 16 pins configured. Depending on the component with the lowest tolerance for high temperatures, 260 will determine the reflow temperature limit. It consists of 16 channels and is a kind of electronic apart.
