DS1314S+ Overview
A package containing materials from Tube is provided. In order to save board space, it is provided in the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width). As a type of Nonvolatile RAM, it provides high quality and reliable performance. Setting the operating temperature to -40°C~85°C is recommended. Normal operation of 3V~3.6V requires the supply of voltage. The mount is constructed using the Surface Mount technique. In addition, it is possible to find more related electronic parts by using its base part number DS1314. The transmission line ends are terminated with 16 terminations in order to prevent signals from reflecting off the end. 3.3V is the supply voltage of the device. The pin configuration is 16. It is the component with the lowest tolerance for high temperatures that determines the reflow temperature limit of 260. As the name implies, it is an electronic apart with a 16 channel. The transmission of data is ensured through the use of 1 channels. An analog IC of type POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT is used in this device. There is a memory type called SRAM that is used to store information. A minimum supply voltage of greater than 3V should be used. Providing a voltage as high as 3.6V does not result in any degradation of characteristics or damage to the circuit internals. It is possible to supply a current of 140mA maximum without causing characteristics degradation or damage to the internal circuit. A device draws current from its supply to provide 30μA. Devices draw voltage from their power supplies to generate 3.3V. Surface Mount indicates the direction in which it is mounted on the PCB.
