DS1312E Overview
Materials from Tube are used in its packaging. The 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) is provided to conserve board space. Nonvolatile RAM type with high quality and reliability. -40°C~85°C is the recommended operating temperature. The voltage 4.75V~5.5V must be provided for the device to function normally. The mounting technique used is Surface Mount. Based on the base part number DS1312, more related electronic components can be found. To prevent signals from reflecting off the end of a transmission line, 20 terminations are used. A voltage of 5V is used as the supply voltage for the device. The device has 20 pins configured.
