DS1211N Overview


It is packaged with the materials of Tube. It is provided in the 20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) to save board space. It is a type of Nonvolatile RAM with high quality and reliable performance. The operating temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. 4.75V~5.5V voltage should be supplied for its normal operation. It is mounted based on the technique of Through Hole.
