DS1007S-4 Overview
It is packaged using Tube for cost-effectiveness. The 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V makes reliable performance possible. The technique of Surface Mount is employed as its mounting type. It features 0°C~70°C operating temperature. It is configured with 1 taps/steps. A number of related parts with the same base part number DS1007 are universally preferred for a wide range of applications. The terminals are placed at DUAL.
