DN6848 Overview
A protective Bulk package surrounds the magnetic switch to protect it from damage. Magnet switches are packed in 3-SSIP packages for safety reasons. As a maximum current, magnetic switches can supply 6mA. In operation, these switches can output a maximum current of 10μA. This switch can supply a maximum of 6mA amps. The document has 3 terminations. Switches like this should supply voltages no higher than 16V. It is normal for this switch to supply 12V in order to perform reliably. This magnetic switch can provide 4.5V voltage as the minimum voltage.
