DGD0636S28-13 Overview
For greater flexibility, its 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is used.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Configuration is based on 6 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 10V~20V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~150°C TJ.Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 28 terminations.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 100V.In the analog circuit, it uses IC BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR CONTROLLER.
