DA7210-00UC2 Overview
A 49-UFBGA, WLCSP package is supplied for space savings. It is adopted to package in the manner of Tape & Reel (TR). This electronic component is of the type Audio, allowing it to provide high-efficiency performance in various applications. This device employs the mounting type Surface Mount. When the operating performance is set to -40°C~85°C, the system can operate normally. The unit is integrated with 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. 1.8V~2.5V of supply voltage are applied to the analog circuit. A 1.2V~2.5V supply voltage is applied to the digital circuit. The transmission line is terminated with 49 terminations to prevent reflection of signals. As long as the minimum supply voltage is set at 1.2V, the device will work. Supply voltages up to 2.5V are supported.
