CD74HC174M Overview
16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width)is the packaging method. The Tubepackage contains it. T flip flop is configured with an output of Non-Inverted. This trigger is configured to use Positive Edge. In this case, the electronic component is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The JK flip flop operates with an input voltage of 2V~6V volts. In the operating environment, the temperature is -55°C~125°C TA. It is an electronic flip flop with the type D-Type. This type of FPGA is a part of the 74HC series. This D flip flop should not have a frequency greater than 35MHz. A total of 1elements are present in it. A total of 16terminations have been recorded. The 74HC174 family contains it. A voltage of 4.5V provides power to the D latch. This T flip flop has a capacitance of 10pF farads at the input. It belongs to the family of electronic devices known as HC/UH. There is an electronic part that is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The 16pins are designed into the board. This device exhibits a clock edge trigger type of Positive Edge. It is designed with 6bits. As soon as Vsup reaches 6V, the maximum supply voltage is reached. For normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2V. The superior flexibility of this circuit is achieved by using 7 circuits. This T flip flop features a maximum design flexibility due to its output current of 5.2mA. Quiescent current is consumed by the D latch in the amount of 8μA. Furthermore, it has DUMMY VALas a characteristic. Currently, there are 6 channels available.
