CD4541BCMX Overview
There is a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) that comes with the timer clock, which is enclosed in the packaging. Frequency 100kHz is set on the programmable timer.It is used to pack in Tape & Reel (TR) case. Type Surface Mount mounting is recommended.Using the programmable timer, a voltage of 3V~15V can be supplied.The type of chips can be divided into Programmable Timer. The operating temperature of this timer clock is -55°C~125°C. To mount this digital timer with Surface Mount. The minimum operating temperature of the chip must not be lower than -55°C. It's best to use the timer clock when the temperature is below 125°C. It is based on 4541. The timer clock contains 14 pins. The minimum supply voltage of the chip must not be lower than 3V.
