CD4541BCM Overview
A 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) box encloses the digital timer. Set the programmable timer's frequency to 100kHz.It is used to pack in Tube case. It is recommended that you mount your device using type Surface Mount.There is a voltage 3V~15V available on the programmable timer.The type of chips can be divided into Programmable Timer. The operating temperature of this timer clock is -55°C~125°C. To mount this digital timer with Surface Mount. The minimum operating temperature of the chip must not be lower than -55°C. It's best to use the timer clock when the temperature is below 125°C. It is based on 4541. The timer clock contains 14 pins. The minimum supply voltage of the chip must not be lower than 3V. The supply voltage of this chip should not exceed 15V. The timer clock runs quiescent current at 20μA. The number of Timers/Counters on the device is 1.
