CD4086BM96G4 Overview
The 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is available for download. As part of this package, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is included. You can also get it in the Surface Mount version. There is full functionality in the Single-Ended output. In order to communicate with it, the AND/OR/INVERT Gate logic communication type is used. Increasing the operating temperature at -55°C~125°C.
