CD4085BPWR Overview
The 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This package includes the Cut Tape (CT) package as part of its contents. There is a version in Surface Mount available. There is full functionality in the Single-Ended output of this device. AND/OR/INVERT Gate logic communication type is used. It is possible to extend the operating temperature at -55°C~125°C.
