CD4085BMT Overview
A 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is included. It is included in this package that the Tape & Reel (TR) package is also available. A version of Surface Mount is also available. Single-Ended output is fully functional. This type of communication is based on AND/OR/INVERT Gate logic. The operating temperature at -55°C~125°C has been extended. It contains inputs which are referred to as 8 Input (2, 2, 2, 2) inputs. The 4000B series includes this, so it belongs there. 3V~18V power supply is used to power it. In addition, the part is terminated with 14 terminals. Check out CD4085 to see more similar parts. There is a 14-pin join between the pins. Devices are designed as Surface Mount devices for ease of installation and disassembly. In this case, the logic gate is implemented as a 14-solution. Normally, the part needs a voltage of 5V. There is a current of 20μA through the device in quiescent state. It is enclosed within a TAPE AND REEL package of the highest quality. The device requires 3V or higher voltage to operate. For a better logic performance, it incorporates 2 elements. 6.8mA current is generated by this part in the output ends. There were 4 input lines in total.
