14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Packged in Tape & Reel (TR). Available in Surface Mount. It has full functional Single-Ended output. It uses AND/OR/INVERT Gate logic communication type. Extended operating temperature at -55°C~125°C. It contains 8 Input (2, 2, 2, 2) inputs. It is part of 4000B series. It operates using 3V~18V power supply. The part includes 14 terminations.
