CD4078BMT Overview
Package 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). The Tape & Reel (TR) package contains the following files. This product is available in Surface Mount. As far as Single-Ended outputs are concerned, it has full functionality. The communication type is NOR/OR Gate logic. At -55°C~125°C, operating temperatures have been extended. It contains inputs for the 8 axis. This is a part of the 4000B series of products. 3V~18V power supply is used to operate it. Part includes 14 terminations.
