CD4066BM96 Overview
In order to conserve board space, digital switch is included in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width).The package is packaged in the manner of Cut Tape (CT).As far as mounting is concerned, digital switch ic uses Surface Mount.The analog IC in the multiplexers is identified as Bilateral, FET Switches.When the operating temperature is kept at -55°C~125°C, the machine will not be sensturn signal switchive to external influences.A supply voltage of 3V~18V provides digital controlled switch's superior flexibility for designers.These multiplexers are members of the 4000B series, which provide extensive application potential.This configuration includes 14 terminations as part of its basic functionality.You can also find related parts by using its logic switch base part number of CD4066.For multiplexer's system, 5V voltage is supplied.This turn signal switch has a total of 14 component pins.At the end of a conductor, it uses GULL WING as the point where the conductor ends.As a type of supply, Dual, Single is employed.Currently, it is configured with 14 pins.The multiplexer ic is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.For mux switch's normal operation, there is a power supply provided at 5/15V.No external influence consumes 20nA current of multiplexer ic.The system operates with a resistance of 240Ohm.The turn signal switch's circuit consists of 4 transmission channels.
